We provide technical support and training services to a range of clinical specialities, ensuring that their vital life-saving equipment is ready to use in the right place, at the right time.
As part of our end-to-end managed service, this covers a range of diagnostic and treatment facilities, including facilities management, maintaining equipment, providing consumables, implants and devices which are used for clinical procedures.

Adult Critical Care Service
We give expert advice about critical care medical equipment, provide technical support, maintain devices and trouble-shoot. In addition, we are able to train clinical teams to use medical devices.

Bed & Equipment Service
We ensure patients have the best possible beds, pressure mattresses and bariatric equipment, while making sure clinical teams are trained in using new equipment.

Endoscopy Decontamination
We provide a flexible endoscope decontamination service. This includes responsibility for the reprocessing of all flexible endoscopes and reprocesses complex scopes.

Our Dental Engineers maintain medical equipment used within a dental hospital setting, including a specialist fleet of dental chairs and other medical devices.

The Renal Dialysis Technicians provide an end-to-end managed equipment service, offering expertise to both in-centre and home dialysis colleagues and patients.

The Paediatric & Neonatal Intensive Care Technologists offer technical expertise to support nursing and clinical staff in managing both high and low risk medical equipment.

Our team of highly experienced technical staff support the day-to-day running of operating theatres as well as providing technical training and equipment management.

Radiology IT
Our radiology team support one of Europe’s busiest radiology departments at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in London. The team manages a wide suite of clinical systems, providing planned and reactive diagnostic support to clinical colleagues.
