Strategy Development & Pipeline Planning

Tendering

We provide a fully managed tender process from direct award to a further competition, including:

  • Working in partnership to develop an outcome based specification centred on your needs

  • Developing and publishing the Invitation to Tender (ITT)

  • Managing clarification questions

  • Distributing tender responses for evaluation

  • Leading the consensus meeting of individual evaluations

  • Finalising and awarding the contract for signature


Contract & Supplier Management

Recognising that one size doesn’t fit all, we take a proportionate view on contract and supplier management, based on the criticality of the product or service and the extent to which the contract will add value.  Working alongside our customers, we manage all contract administration and ensure the contract performs in line with expectations and the required standard of performance.
