Mike acts as an advisor to KFM following a distinguished career in the NHS. His roles have included: Chief Executive of North West, West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire Strategic Health Authorities, Chief Executive of Tees Valley Health Authority, head of primary care at the Department of Health and Chief Executive of the NHS Confederation.
Mike graduated in Economics from Manchester University, then qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY. Joined Nestle, before spending 16 years at BOC where roles included Finance Director of the UK, MD - China and South East Asia and MD - Semiconductor. Mike then led businesses in GKN, Serco, Rentokil and Bibby Line. Mike now has a number of Chair roles in the Technology and Logistics sectors.
Andy has a track record of rapidly reshaping and growing technology, managed services and healthcare businesses. He thrives working in demanding, fast-changing, high growth environments and is focused on building high performance teams. Prior to joining KFM Andy was Managing Director of Capita healthcare technology and services businesses, including CHKS.
Mark has 30 years of NHS work experience gained in the acute, community and ambulance sectors, the past 15 years of which have been at Director level. He was part of the management team that scoped and set-up Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust in 2010 , an organisation which was recently described by the HSJ as having become a major player in London healthcare. Prior to joining KFM he was Interim Director of Workforce for London Ambulance Service with a brief to support the Trust out of ‘special measures’.
Steve is a highly commercial Director with 25 years of experience, from delivering IT to scientists at Porton Down to digital transformation for EDF Energy's new Nuclear Build at Hinkley Point C. He has worked in various Head of IT/CIO/Transformation roles, most recently as Director of IT and Business Projects at University of London and prior to that worked at Amey, QinetiQ and Ferrovial. Steve has been instrumental in developing innovative initiatives within multiple businesses which have seen him crowd source solutions to clients problems and create cross-industry collaborations.
Stuart has broad commercial experience across various sectors including Healthcare, Social Care and Education, where he has been instrumental as a Senior Leader. Prior to joining KFM, Stuart was Finance Director at Bertram Nursery Group, a children’s nursery business with 42 sites across Scotland and North West England. Stuart has held significant roles as Finance Director for Bupa Home Healthcare and Head of Corporate Finance at Bupa Group. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Adam has extensive Supply Chain and Procurement knowledge / experience having worked across multiple business industries within manufacturing and service delivery in both the private and public sectors, where he has consistently developed and implemented robust operational processes that have enhanced performance whilst reducing costs / mitigating risks.
Gavin has an extensive background in Supply Chain and general management, having recently completed a full career in the Royal Logistic Corps of the British Army. Prior to joining KFM, Gavin initially entered the NHS on a voluntary basis via the Step into Health programme, managing the Integrated Supply Chain Project at GSTT.
Jo has 20 years of NHS healthcare experience encompassing senior management and clinical roles at Central London Community Healthcare, Royal Surrey and Kings College Hospital. She has a passion for developing high performing teams that deliver dynamic services to enable positive patient and clinician experiences.
