Inventory Management

Our effective/efficient inventory management solutions, plan, organise and control the flow of clinical supplies and other inventory items across multiple locations using a combination of semi and fully automated replenishment methods and systems, ensuring that these are held and easily identifiable/accessible which in turn releases valuable clinical time to focus on patient care.

Receipt & Distribution

Our team provide technology based receipt and end point delivery services throughout the day using our ‘Track and Trace’ solution meaning that all deliveries are made internally and to outlying locations (including home dialysis patients) in-line with clinical requirements.

Operational Purchasing & Catalogue Management

Our operational purchasing team work with clinical colleagues to efficiently determine what non inventory managed products are required and generate all demand orders in real time within our integrated P2P and catalogue system using tablet technology and ‘live’ communication channels.

Strategic Sourcing & Category Management

We manage supplier selection, tender processes and negotiations through to the award/implementation of contracts for products. Our specialist team identify products across core clinical categories, reviewing total addressable spend and deploy strategies to realise opportunities. We also identify, manage and mitigate risks that arise through relationships with suppliers and communicate those to stakeholders.
