Receipt and Distribution

We manage the incoming delivery schedules of clinical supplies and efficiently organise, sort and process purchase orders in preparation for onward delivery to the end user location. We also facilitate the movement of products and goods between sites and manage the returns process.

Materials Management

Our effective/efficient materials management service plan, organise and control the flow of clinical supplies and inventory items across multiple locations using automated replenishment methods and systems. We ensure that these items are delivered to and held within the specified location, making them easily identifiable and accessible which intern releases valuable clinical time to focus on patient care.

Inventory Systems Management

We use our automated Inventory Management systems (Omnicell and EDC) to control and manage inventory levels, replenishment ordering, catalouge setup/maintenance of clinical products and supply route changes. We also maintain the systems for clinical use.

Operational Projects Management

We specialise in managing operational projects across the Supply Chain function to improve services and enhance efficiency.
